About Me

Hey y’all! My name is Sydney and I am a strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer, and online coach located in Minneapolis, MN.

I grew up in Buffalo, MN and was a three-sport athlete playing hockey, lacrosse, and volleyball. I started weight lifting when I was 13 to help improve my athletic performance and it quickly grew into a huge passion of mine. I then went on to play lacrosse for the University of Minnesota. I graduated in the spring of 2018 from the University of Minnesota—Twin Cities with a bachelor’s of science in kinesiology. I then obtained my CSCS (certified strength and conditioning specialist) through the NSCA (Nation strength and conditioning association) as well as my AED and First Aid certification through the Red Cross.

While sports and weight training were my first passion, I also became infatuated with bodybuilding and aesthetics and that quickly became another area of study for me.

Whether your goals be improving athletic performance, cardiovascular health, muscular hypertrophy, weight loss, increasing strength and/or flexibility, or just wanting to feel amazing in your skin— I am here to provide you the tools necessary to achieve these goals.

My training style will allow you to move better than you ever have, build strength and endurance, have confidence stepping into the gym and build the physique you desire in the process. I don’t bull shit people! I teach along the way with my coaching, I don’t give out fad diets or give out false information to “lure” people in. I will provide the knowledge necessary to carry these habits with you for a lifetime and so you are better able to approach your training and diet in a sustainable way that you truly enjoy. I will challenge you and push you into becoming your best self and give you the support you need on your journey!
