In person one-on-one training
  • I train out of Los Campeones Gym located in Minneapolis, MN.
  • In person one-on-one training sessions are in depth, education based coaching and hands on training geared towards your individual goals and needs.
  • Single sessions or drop in sessions available.
  • If you are looking to train on a more consistent basis, then I do have packages available. Packages are available at a lower rate per session. Email to inquire about one-on-one packages.
In person group training
  • I train out of Los Campeones Gym located in Minneapolis, MN.
  • In person group training sessions are in depth, education based coaching and hands on training that provide a community based atmosphere. Sessions will be dedicated to the goals and needs of the entire group. This is also a great way to train with teammates, friends, or partners.
  • 2-5 people per group due to the space at my training facility (email to discuss larger groups).
  • Single group sessions or drop in group sessions available.
  • If a group of individuals is looking to train on a more consistent basis, then I do have packages available. Packages are available at a lower rate per session. Email to inquire about group training packages.
Customized training program

Full strength and conditioning training program based on your goals, needs, and current strength and skill level. I will customize a 4, 8, or 12 week training program that aligns with your goals. It is adaptable based on the equipment you have access to. This is good for those looking to follow a science-based training program without the want or need to check in with me on a weekly basis. Customized training program with online coaching

Full strength and conditioning training program based on your goals, needs, and current strength and skill level. As well as coaching which provides support, weekly (or daily) check ins, and program adjustments. The coaching and weekly check ins help to hold you accountable to your goals, make sure that all your variables are in a good place, and allows me to keep a closer eye on you to make necessary adjustments to your protocols.
